Vice President – Asset & Portfolio Management

RealVantage, a Singapore-headquartered, MAS-licensed private real estate investment platform, is hiring a Vice President - Asset & Portfolio Management to oversee portfolio performance across its global investment book. Founded in 2019, RealVantage serves over 10,000 individual investors, family offices, institutions, and pension funds, partnering with more than 20 institutional sponsors across Australia, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, the UK, the US, and Europe. The platform invests across logistics, residential, office, hospitality, healthcare, student accommodation, and alternative real estate, through both equity and private credit strategies.

Reporting to the CEO / Head of Investments, the VP will be responsible for maximizing value across the portfolio from acquisition through realization, working closely with the Investment Team, Sponsors, Operating Partners, Finance, and Investor Relations.

Key responsibilities include: monitoring investment performance against underwriting assumptions and business plans; tracking portfolio KPIs including occupancy, leasing, NOI, valuation movements, debt metrics, distributions and IRR; reviewing annual business plans and operating budgets with sponsors and operating partners; evaluating refinancing and capital structure optimization opportunities; supporting exit planning and disposition strategies; leading quarterly institutional-quality portfolio reporting for management, investors and governance committees; presenting portfolio updates and risk recommendations to the Investment Committee; and partnering with senior management on portfolio construction and capital allocation strategy.

This is a regional role based in Singapore with APAC and global exposure, suited to a candidate with institutional real estate investment experience, strong financial analysis capabilities, and stakeholder management skills across sponsors, operating partners and investors.
