Vice President, Investor Relations – Hong Kong

Greenstone, a financial services firm expanding its alternative-investments distribution footprint across Asia, is hiring a Vice President, Investor Relations to join its Hong Kong coverage team. This is a senior, front-office fund placement role focused on building investor relationships and raising capital across Hong Kong's institutional and wealth investor ecosystem.

The role covers private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets and other alternative strategies, managing the fundraising process from investor sourcing and pitching through due diligence, allocation and closing.

Key responsibilities include: developing relationships across private banks, external asset managers (EAMs), family offices, insurers, pensions and asset managers; originating new investor opportunities across Hong Kong; leading investor meetings, roadshows and fund manager sessions; managing fundraising pipelines and working toward placement targets; advising fund managers on product positioning and investor appetite; providing market intelligence and feedback to regional leadership; and ensuring all activity meets applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fund placement, capital raising, institutional sales or investor relations; an established network and track record with Hong Kong investors; experience managing complex, long-cycle fundraising processes; strong knowledge of Hong Kong's allocator landscape; fluency in English, with Cantonese and/or Mandarin strongly preferred; and experience distributing private market or alternative investment strategies. This role suits a commercial, relationship-driven self-starter comfortable operating with autonomy as part of a growing regional team.
