About the Role

Meadow is seeking an Associate to join its lean, entrepreneurial New York investment team, which invests across the U.S. The Associate will be given a high level of day-one responsibility and broad exposure across the full investment process. All members of the team are involved in sourcing, structuring, financing and asset management, and the Associate will work closely with senior members of the team on live transactions and portfolio initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining complex financial cashflow and valuation models to underwrite potential transactions

- Supporting sourcing, structuring, financing and asset management activities across the investment lifecycle

- Working directly with senior investment professionals on live deals and portfolio initiatives
