VP, Investment Officer - Data Centers (West)

Prologis, a global leader in industrial real estate with a 1.3 billion square foot portfolio, is seeking a VP, Investment Officer for Data Centers in the West region. This role handles all capital deployment activities including acquisitions, redevelopment, and development of data center and industrial product, playing a key role in driving investment strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with local Investment Officers, Project Managers, Market Officers, and Leasing teams to drive deal flow

- Directly identify new capital deployment opportunities, including greenfield land acquisition

- Set investment strategy and lead origination, underwriting, and execution of data center and industrial property acquisitions and developments

- Evaluate and execute complex real estate investments across data center and industrial sectors

Qualifications:

- Proven background in setting investment strategy and leading origination, underwriting, and execution of property acquisitions

- Experience with data center and/or industrial real estate highly desirable

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
