Vice President, Investment Banking // Consumer Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Their Investment Banking team advises on M&A, capital raises, restructurings, and special situations for middle-market clients.

The Vice President, IB // Consumer M&A role offers exposure to the full spectrum of investment banking services including sell-side M&A, buy-side mandates, leveraged buyouts, private placements of debt and equity, and other financial advisory services. The VP leads preparation of company valuations, financial models, marketing documents (Teasers, CIPs, Management Presentations), and client presentations. Key responsibilities include deal execution, business development support, and mentoring junior team members.

Candidates should have prior experience in M&A advisory or private equity, with strong modeling skills and client communication abilities. This role operates in an entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to firm leadership.
