Managing Director, Investment Banking – Technology M&A

Portage Point Partners is a rapidly growing advisory firm recognized by Inc. 5000, the Financial Times, and Consulting Magazine. The firm's Investment Banking team advises middle market clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raises, restructurings, and special situations.

The Managing Director, Investment Banking – Technology M&A represents a significant business development and client delivery leadership opportunity. Reporting directly to the IB Practice Line Leader, the MD will leverage Portage Point's expanding platform to build and grow the Technology M&A practice.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing M&A mandates across the technology sector, originating new client relationships, leading complex sell-side and buy-side engagements, and ensuring all deliverables meet the firm's high-quality standards. The MD will manage discrete workstreams, mentor junior professionals, and work closely with senior firm leadership.

Portage Point offers cross-functional capabilities spanning Transaction Advisory Services, Valuations, Office of the CFO, Performance Improvement, Interim Management, Investment Banking, and Turnaround & Restructuring Services. The Technology M&A MD will draw on this integrated platform to deliver differentiated solutions to clients.
