Vice President - M&A Advisory

Novistra Capital is a boutique M&A and private equity advisory firm specializing in cross-border transactions for mid-market businesses. With sector expertise spanning Technology & Services, Education, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Media & Events, and Hospitality, the firm operates a global network across North America, Europe, the GCC, and Asia.

As the firm scales its US advisory platform, it is seeking a Vice President to lead deal execution and build client relationships in the American market. This is a high-ownership role well suited to a seasoned investment banking professional who thrives in a lean, conviction-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end execution of M&A and capital raise mandates; preparing all key deal materials (Information Memoranda, Confidential Teasers, Management Presentations); maintaining complex financial models including DCF, LBO screening, trading comps, and precedent transaction analyses; managing multi-party transaction timelines and due diligence processes; and driving buyer and investor outreach through LOI, negotiation, and closing.

The ideal candidate brings 5-8 years of M&A advisory or investment banking experience with a strong track record in deal execution, financial modeling, and client management across cross-border transactions.
