Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate

The Associate / Senior Associate will play a meaningful role across all aspects of the investment process, including deal sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio support, working closely with Managing Directors and Partners. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, growing platform with direct exposure to senior leadership, portfolio company management, and external advisors.

Key responsibilities include owning deal processes, managing diligence workstreams, building detailed financial models, conducting industry and competitive research, preparing investment committee materials, and building relationships with intermediaries to drive deal flow. The role also involves coordinating with third-party diligence providers (legal, accounting, consulting) and supporting the development of sector-level investment themes.
