About This Role

Mighty Capital is an early-stage B2B tech venture capital firm founded in 2018 by SC Moatti, a former Meta product leader, and Jennifer Vancini, an idea-to-IPO investing veteran. The firm differentiates through the Product Alpha Effect™, leveraging a 600,000-strong Products That Count network of product leaders for proprietary sourcing, diligence, and post-investment value creation. Backed by GCM Grosvenor and currently deploying Fund III, Mighty Capital has achieved top-decile DPI and TVPI across prior funds, with $1B+ in value created and 6 IPOs, including Amplitude (NASDAQ:AMPL) and Netskope (NASDAQ:NTSK).

The firm is seeking an Associate (Platform Associate) to join its San Francisco Bay Area team. This is an execution-critical role at the intersection of investment underwriting and firm operations.

Key responsibilities are divided across four areas: Ignite pre-seed underwriting (30%)—supporting the full underwriting process for pre-seed investments, conducting competitive analysis and product signal evaluation, preparing investment memos, and developing investment instincts through direct exposure to decision-making; PEiRs and Igniters cohort management (30%)—managing day-to-day operations, placing team members and Venture Partners as speakers at conferences, and owning the Ignite sourcing pipeline; platform project management (20%)—overseeing value-add programs for portfolio companies across GTM, fundraising, hiring, and exit, coordinating with Products That Count to connect founders with resources and CPO relationships; and marketing project management (20%)—managing AEO and PR agencies, executing LinkedIn strategy, and supporting content production including a founder podcast series.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of experience in venture capital or adjacent fields, excels at running complex operations, and is eager to develop investment judgment alongside a hands-on team.
