Vice President, Digital Infrastructure Investing

Macquarie Asset Management's Digital Infrastructure team invests in the assets and technologies that underpin digital connectivity—data centers, fiber networks, tower infrastructure, and related platforms. As Vice President, you will own the full investment lifecycle: sourcing and screening opportunities, executing transactions, and actively managing existing portfolio positions with a focus on long-term value creation.

You will partner with senior leaders at portfolio companies to define strategy, oversee business planning, and drive performance. The role offers genuine deal ownership on a high-performing global team with significant growth runway.

What you will do:

- Source and evaluate digital infrastructure investment opportunities across North America

- Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and investment committee presentations

- Structure and execute transactions including equity and debt financing

- Monitor and manage existing portfolio companies; drive value creation initiatives

- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's collaborative culture

What you bring:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a direct investing role

- Experience in digital or communications infrastructure highly preferred

- Proven track record leading transactions through successful execution

- Strong analytical skills and ability to build detailed financial models

- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders

Salary: $260,000 – $285,000/Year plus discretionary bonus.
