Quantitative Research and Strategy, Healthcare AI Associate

RA Capital Management is a leading healthcare-focused investment firm with $10B+ in assets under management, investing flexibly - seed to IPO and beyond, anywhere in the world.

The Quantitative Research & Strategy (QRS) team helps inform investment decisions and improve core processes with data-driven analyses. The team focuses on portfolio management, risk management, and data science.

As an Associate on the QRS team:

- Design and build systems to transform unstructured data into structured representations for the investment team

- Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows (LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, entity extraction)

- Collaborate across teams (Invest, Venture, Legal, Finance) and work directly with senior leadership
