Role Summary:

As Senior Vice President, you will lead the team's efforts in raising co-investment capital from US-based limited partners to support a strong pipeline of investment opportunities. You will build and maintain relationships with LPs seeking access to the global team's deal flow, with a particular focus on differentiated co-invest capital from Registered Investment Advisors, family offices, wealth institutions, and other Qualified Purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead US marketing efforts on new investment opportunities including investor outreach, negotiations, and execution

- Manage ongoing post-investment relationships with limited partners

- Drive the team's US capital formation strategy

- Longer term, take on greater leadership in deal origination

Compensation: $325,000 - $400,000/year base salary. Macquarie is a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with 56 years of unbroken profitability.
