Off-Cycle Analyst – Private Funds Placement & Investor Coverage

Keybridge Capital, a London-based private capital advisory firm specializing in private funds capital formation, secondary transaction support, and complex liquidity solutions, is seeking an Off-Cycle Analyst for its New York presence. This full-time role sits at the centre of the firm's private funds placement and investor coverage effort, with direct responsibility for LP origination, pipeline management, and investor outreach across live primary and secondary mandates.

Core responsibilities include driving LP origination by identifying, researching, and approaching institutional and private wealth investors not currently in the firm's coverage universe, managing LP and buyer pipelines across primary and GP-led/LP-led secondary mandates, supporting structured outreach to institutional investors (pensions, insurers, endowments, sovereigns, consultants, and funds-of-funds) and private wealth channels (single and multi-family offices, private banks), building investor maps and target lists tailored to each mandate's strategy and geography, maintaining CRM discipline, coordinating roadshows and investor meetings, and drafting investor-facing materials such as teasers, pitchbooks, and IM excerpts.

Preferred backgrounds include fund placement, institutional sales, LP coverage at a GP, private banking alternatives distribution, or investment banking and private equity. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, particularly in major Asian languages, are a plus. The role offers a clear path to conversion to a full-time Associate position upon successful completion.
