Vice President, Acquisitions & Asset Management (Industrial)

Our client — a family-backed, evergreen investment firm with $3.5B AUM and a transatlantic presence — is seeking a VP, Acquisitions & Asset Management in Dallas to help build its U.S. industrial real estate platform. The firm focuses on value-add and development opportunities in industrial and multifamily sectors across Texas, the Southeast, and the Mountain West, with over $300 million in dry powder.

Responsibilities: source and structure acquisitions via proprietary channels and broker networks; underwrite deals and build financial models in Excel and Argus Enterprise; lead transactions end-to-end (screening through closing); manage industrial assets including leasing, CapEx, and vendor oversight.
