Vice President, Strategy (Private Equity Advisory)

The Vice President, Strategy role is a senior client-facing position that leads consulting engagements from origination through delivery. VPs at JW Michaels manage project teams consisting of Associates, Business Analysts, senior operating executives, and client resources, and are accountable for all aspects of project delivery within the tight timeframes that define private equity due diligence and value creation work.

The firm works with leading private equity firms across a range of deal types — buy-side due diligence, portfolio company growth strategy, commercial assessment, and operational transformation. VPs develop deep sector knowledge and build lasting relationships with PE sponsors and senior management teams at portfolio companies.
