Investment Senior Manager - Renewable Energy

Inventure is a renewable energy investment platform with permanent balance sheet support, in-house tax equity capacity, and no dependence on external syndication or capital markets. The platform operates across three core areas: an owned and operated renewables portfolio (solar, wind, hydro, and gas; greater than 10GW scale), an active tax equity portfolio with ongoing post-COD management and restructures, and platform and asset M&A.

The Investment Senior Manager role sits close to senior leadership with direct exposure to live transactions and portfolio decision-making. Core responsibilities include: end-to-end financial modeling (partnership flips, HLBV, yield and capital account mechanics); valuation and execution support across M&A and restructurings; active management of operating renewable assets and sponsor relationships; investment committee materials and strategic recommendations.

This is a broad seat combining investing, structuring, and asset management in a long-term owner/operator environment.
