Associate, Investment Specialist

ICONIQ Capital, a global investment firm managing over $100 billion in assets, is seeking an Associate to join its Investment Management division. Based in New York with a hybrid working arrangement, this full-time position bridges investment strategy and client advisory functions. The role focuses on communicating complex investment strategies across ICONIQ Multi-Strategy Investment Management platform, which encompasses private equity, venture capital, co-investments, credit, real estate, and liquid strategies. The successful candidate will translate sophisticated portfolio insights into clear narratives for internal teams, clients, and prospective partners. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation; creating investor-facing materials such as pitchbooks and performance reports; partnering with investment teams to ensure accurate strategy representation; and establishing a centralized content repository for investment resources. The position also involves supporting investor relations efforts and identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools for improved efficiency. Required qualifications: minimum four years in investor relations, investment management, or related fields; strong capital markets knowledge; demonstrated experience creating institutional investor materials; and proven ability to work effectively within analytical environments. The salary range is $130,000-$150,000 annually, supplemented by discretionary bonuses.
