Senior Director / Managing Director – Private Wealth Solutions Family Office

Hines is hiring a Senior Director / Managing Director to lead family office and family wealth coverage across the Asia-Pacific region for its Private Wealth Solutions platform, which is scaling rapidly across APAC. This senior, client-facing role carries full ownership of originating and closing capital from single- and multi-family offices and related wealth channels, leveraging Hines' global real estate platform to design and deliver tailored solutions and partnerships aligned with sophisticated family office needs and mindsets. It is a central role in expanding Hines' APAC franchise within a high-growth, entrepreneurial team.

Core responsibilities include originating, managing, and growing relationships with family offices and family wealth clients across APAC; developing and executing targeted coverage strategies to build a robust pipeline and secure capital commitments; deeply understanding family office investment mindsets and objectives to craft bespoke real estate solutions, co-investments, and partnerships; driving end-to-end capital-raising processes for Hines Private Wealth Solutions funds and strategies; collaborating closely with the global family office team, Investment, Asset Management, and Investor Relations functions to ensure exceptional client servicing; and mentoring junior team members while contributing to the platform's culture and growth.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree (an MBA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus) and 10+ years of relevant experience in private wealth, family office coverage, or capital raising, ideally within real estate, private equity, or alternatives. Candidates should bring a proven track record of successfully raising capital from family offices and family wealth clients, along with a strong existing network across the region and the ability to stay ahead of APAC family office trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics.
