Vice President, Investment Management

Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm. The VP, Investment Management will lead analysis, monitoring, and reporting on all aspects of investments across the portfolio, with ownership of performance evaluation, valuation, and investor communications.

Responsibilities

Lead investment and fund performance reviews, including financial modeling, pro forma cash flow analysis, and market landscape assessments

Partner with the Transactions team to evaluate risk/return profile and strategic fit of new investment opportunities

Own the quarterly distribution process including aggregating financial data, analyzing performance, and overseeing waterfall calculations

Lead valuation processes for investments within the portfolio

Drive the evaluation of new opportunities across property sectors and capital structures

Oversee preparation of detailed quarterly asset and fund performance reports

Review and contribute to marketing materials including due diligence questionnaires
