Senior Alternatives Assets Analyst (Private Equity)

Green Key Resources is recruiting for a Senior Analyst - Alternative Assets to join an investment firm's team in Stamford, CT. This is a hybrid role (4 days in office) offering a base salary of $140,000–$165,000 plus a 60% bonus target.

The Senior Analyst will manage a highly visible segment of the firm's alternatives portfolio, covering Private Equity, Infrastructure, Commercial Real Estate, Opportunistic Debt, and Venture Capital. Key responsibilities include leading the evaluation of new investment opportunities, monitoring existing portfolio positions through quarterly financial reviews and annual meetings, and conducting in-depth due diligence including manager meetings, track record evaluation, and sector analysis.

The role requires strong financial modeling for co-investments, review of transaction and legal documentation, and meaningful interaction with general partners, Wall Street analysts, and external research providers. The analyst will present investment recommendations to senior management and investment committees, and engage with advisors to assess trends shaping private markets.

Candidates should have experience across multiple alternative asset classes, deep understanding of private market fund structures, and the analytical and communication skills needed to operate effectively in a fast-paced institutional investment environment.
