Private Equity Investment Team (Petershill Strategies), Vice President

Petershill, established in 2007, is a leading GP stake investor specializing in acquiring non-controlling equity interests in the management companies of alternative asset managers. To date, Petershill has partnered with over fifty alternative asset management firms and has raised over $17.0 billion of capital.

The Vice President will lead due diligence and evaluation processes for GP stakes and preferred equity investments, developing investment theses, identifying key risks, and conducting fundamental valuations across a broad range of strategy and sector-focused GPs. Responsibilities include leading Investment Committee presentations, executing investments across all deal types including negotiation of key investment terms with senior leaders, and cultivating relationships with leading alternative asset managers for GP stakes and related capital solutions.

The role requires experience in leading transaction execution, working closely with internal counsel, compliance, and risk management teams, as well as external counsel and consultants. The successful candidate will also contribute to thematic sourcing initiatives and monitor performance and risk profiles of the existing portfolio of GP partner firms.
