Family Office Reporting & Advisory, Vice President

Goldman Sachs Family Office (GSFO), part of the Private Wealth Management division, is seeking a Vice President for Family Office Reporting & Advisory based in New York.

This role sits at the intersection of family office advisory services and technology, leading the implementation and optimization of consolidated investment reporting solutions for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients and institutional family offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic rollout and ongoing optimization of consolidated reporting platforms across private client relationships. Guide operational setup, governance frameworks, and technology platform evaluations for family office clients. Advise on outsourcing strategies and oversee vendor relationships throughout the client lifecycle. Work closely with Private Wealth Advisors to deepen client relationships and ensure a best-in-class family office experience. Oversee a reporting team and partner across wealth management, investment, and technology functions.

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) delivers comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and endowments. The GSFO unit partners with Private Wealth Advisors to deliver the full suite of family office services, spanning investment reporting, wealth planning, tax and estate advisory, and philanthropic planning.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in family office advisory, wealth management operations, or investment reporting is expected. Candidates should have a strong background advising UHNW clients and institutions, with expertise in consolidated portfolio reporting platforms and technology.
