We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Director to play an integral role in the execution of key finance transformation programs, supporting the end-to-end delivery of projects and helping to establish a culture of operational excellence. This role collaborates with senior leadership across multiple functions, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and realization of value from transformation initiatives.

Program Execution & Delivery: Serve as a principal driver and coordinator for large-scale, cross-functional operational transformation initiatives, including enterprise data, workflow streamlining, and operating model design. Lead complex, multi-workstream programs—ensuring disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes

Project & Product Management: Lead the planning, sequencing, and execution of multi-phase initiatives, to ensure alignment, timely decision-making, and effective execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior stakeholders across business units (e.g., finance, operations, technology, capital solutions, etc.) to connect domain expertise and support the delivery of unified, scalable solutions

Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders across the firm to define priorities, communicate project progress, and ensure alignment with GA’s operational and strategic goals

Process & Change Management: Lead current-state assessments and future-state operating model design to drive scalable improvements in data integrity, reporting quality, and operational efficiency

Execution Excellence: Take a hands-on approach to manage deliverables and dependencies, drive accountability among team members, and ensure assigned projects are completed on time and to a high standard
