Managing Partner

Freedom Family Investments is a private equity real estate firm with over $50 million in assets under management, focused on multifamily, senior housing, and self-storage across core U.S. markets. The firm operates with an integrated model, combining in-house property management and renovation capabilities with an allocator-driven investment approach. Freedom Family Investments is scaling toward $100M in Fund 1 AUM with an active deal pipeline that includes a $16M senior housing opportunity and an $86M institutional acquisition.

The Managing Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for capital formation and fund operations, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a GP-level ownership position suited for a President, Managing Director, or senior fund leader with a track record in real estate private equity capital raising and fund management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead capital formation efforts, including LP prospecting, investor relations, and fund closing activities

- Manage fund operations across the investment lifecycle from origination through exit

- Evaluate deal opportunities in multifamily, senior housing, and self-storage

- Represent the firm to institutional and high-net-worth LP investors

- Grow the platform toward $100M+ AUM in Fund 1 and position for subsequent fund launches

Compensation: Base salary plus GP Carry. Remote position.
