Impact Finance Associate – Fund Investing

JPMorganChase Impact Finance (IF) is seeking an Associate for Fund Investing to support capital deployment to partners focused on fostering healthy, resilient communities and a strong economy. IF invests the firm's principal capital to advance JPMorganChase's impact objectives across four key issue areas: Careers & Skills, Financial Health & Wealth Creation, Housing Access & Affordability, and Business Growth & Entrepreneurship. IF operates as a multi-asset impact investing and lending platform with products including LP investments in private equity and private credit funds such as affordable housing funds and Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), as well as low-cost loans to mission-driven CDFIs.

As an Associate of Fund Investing, you will play a key role in advancing the firm's principal impact investing strategy. Responsibilities include supporting the sourcing, evaluation, and management of a diversified portfolio of mission-driven fund investments; serving as a point of contact for prospective and existing fund managers; conducting due diligence for new funds including investment and operational diligence; preparing and presenting investment materials to the Impact Finance Equity Investment Committee; supporting negotiations with counterparties on investment terms; and conducting ongoing portfolio management including performance analysis, benchmarking, and valuation reviews.
