Investment Associate

FemHealth Ventures is a venture capital firm focused on women's health and femtech, operating with a small, entrepreneurial team from its office in Summit, New Jersey. The fund offers a hybrid work arrangement with one day per week in-person.

As an Investment Associate, core responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities through extensive research and primary diligence, performing detailed market analyses, and drafting investment memorandums. Associates are also responsible for sourcing investment opportunities through targeted outreach, conference attendance, and relationship development.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing legal deal documentation and assisting in the deal-making process, collaborating with lawyers, accountants, and consultants, as well as supporting other fund activities including investor relations, marketing, and operations.

Candidates should have up to three years of experience from investment banking, consulting, equity research, or buy-side investing, with a strong academic record. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
