Chief Operating Officer – Venture Capital Fund

ElevenX Capital is a venture capital fund and venture studio seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee all financial, administrative, legal, and operational functions of the firm.

The COO will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Partners, supporting firm strategy, investment operations, fundraising activities, and portfolio performance management across ElevenX's portfolio companies.

Responsibilities in financial strategy and management include leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the fund, management company, and venture studio; overseeing fund accounting, capital calls, distributions, subscription agreement workflows, and waterfall modeling; managing portfolio valuations; and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators, and legal counsel.

On the legal and compliance side, the COO will coordinate with counsel for contract review, deal documentation, entity administration, and legal obligations; review and manage vendor agreements, employment documentation, portfolio company agreements, and governance materials; and maintain systems for document retention and compliance with internal governance standards.

Portfolio performance responsibilities include building and overseeing performance reporting frameworks for portfolio companies, collecting and analyzing KPIs and financial metrics, producing regular dashboards, working with founders on reporting timelines and budget reviews, and identifying risks, opportunities, and trends across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sell-side transaction work and litigation support, with strong financial modeling, governance, and operational management capabilities. Must be comfortable operating across the full investment lifecycle from fundraising through exit.
