Senior Associate – Venture Investments

CVS Health Ventures seeks an experienced investor to manage mid and late-stage venture investments across its growth equity fund, focused on healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Identify investment themes, develop thesis, and qualify opportunities; represent CVS Health Ventures externally

- Diligence: Oversee deal reviews, financial modeling, memo development, and executive materials

- Execution: Negotiate with startup leadership and internal stakeholders

- Portfolio Support: Serve as board observer and provide advisory value-add to portfolio companies

- Strategic Development: Develop insights supporting investment thesis and CVS Health strategies

Requirements:

- 7+ years healthcare experience in corporate development, innovation, VC, or strategy

- 2-3 years evaluating and supporting strategic investments

- Master's degree or equivalent

- VC/growth equity experience preferred

- Executive-level presentation skills

Compensation: $130,295–$260,590 annually, plus bonus, equity awards, and incentive programs

Location: Remote (preference for NY or SF Bay Area)
