CVS Health Ventures seeks an Associate in New York to support evaluation and management of strategic equity opportunities. The team invests in technology-enabled healthcare innovation companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute financial modeling and valuation analyses for structured equity arrangements

- Assess prospective strategic opportunities through business and market analysis

- Manage portfolio company engagement and performance tracking

- Develop executive communication materials on portfolio companies

- Support capital markets relationships and co-investment activities

- 10–15% travel expected

Requirements

- 5+ years professional experience (internships excluded)

- Background in investment banking, PE, VC, corporate strategy, or consulting

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with financial modeling expertise

- Healthcare/health tech exposure preferred

- Experience with structured transactions (warrants, convertibles) preferred

Compensation

- Salary: $101,970–$222,480 annually + bonus/incentives
