Head of Engineering - Renewable Energy

Company We are working with a client who has had an amazing growth over the past few years and now has offices across the USA and Europe. They are backed by 2 large funds which means they have considerable capital to invest and allows them to be committed to a long term growth strategy. They are now looking for a head of engineering in London. Role Providing support to country teams in scoping and evaluating the technical due diligence of acquisition opportunities. Supporting country teams with the management of our clients operational projects, including implementation of best practice management systems and provision of technical and asset management expertise over the project lifecycle. Working closely and flexibly with the Construction/Project Management and Performance teams to provide support and ensure that cross functional activities across the Technical Teams in Operations are effective and efficient. Requirement Degree qualification in a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent) and significant experience in the development, construction and operation of utility-scale renewables. Extensive experience of working on renewable power projects across all lifecycle phases. Technical Expertise in current renewable technologies. Ability to collaborate and lead/participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
