About This Role

Role Overview

Clifford Capital Asset Management (CCAM), the fund management arm of Singapore's Clifford Capital Group, is hiring a Vice President/Director, Investments in Singapore. CCAM is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a Capital Market Service License to run credit-focused funds for accredited and institutional investors, investing across senior credit, subordinated debt/high yield, and hybrid debt instruments.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with origination, corporate coverage and investor coverage teams to source, assess and execute infrastructure credit investment opportunities across CCAM-managed pools of capital

- Lead credit due diligence, investment analysis, financial modelling, structuring assessment and risk evaluation for primary and secondary market opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with banks, sponsors, intermediaries and investors

- Prepare and present investment recommendations and credit papers to CCAM's Investment Committee and senior management

- Drive the internal credit application and approval process, coordinating with risk, legal and operations

- Undertake relative value analysis, portfolio monitoring and asset performance review across CCAM mandates and funds

- Support investor marketing and fundraising due diligence processes

- Act as deal captain for selected transactions, with end-to-end transaction leadership and mentoring of junior investment team members

Qualifications

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure credit, private credit, project finance, leveraged finance, structured finance or asset management

- Demonstrated investment judgement across credit analysis, investment structuring, financial modelling and investment committee processes

- Strong understanding of infrastructure, private credit and APAC markets

- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and portfolio priorities independently

Singapore. The role sits within Clifford Capital Asset Management, the licensed fund management platform of the Clifford Capital Group.
