Finance & Accounting Advisory - Managing Director

CFGI, a leading finance and accounting advisory firm, is seeking a Managing Director for its Finance & Accounting Advisory practice in Orlando, FL. MDs work closely with C-level executives at Fortune 500, mid-cap, and start-up companies, taking ownership of client relationships and driving engagement success. Responsibilities include leading high-impact engagements in technical accounting, transaction support (IPOs, M&A, divestitures, capital markets), regulatory reporting, and preparing financial statements and SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1s, S-4s). The role involves driving business development, managing client relationships at the executive level, and mentoring high-performing teams. Requires 14+ years of accounting/finance/consulting experience including Big 4 tenure, deep expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting, and a track record of generating new business. CFGI frequently serves private equity portfolio companies and sponsors on transaction and compliance advisory matters.
