Role Overview: BPG is seeking a corporate lawyer to provide legal and governance support across Brookfield’s European portfolio, working closely with senior lawyers and other internal stakeholders. This role will suit an early-career lawyer with a strong foundation in corporate law and governance, and an interest in corporate structuring, including fund structures, regulatory issues, as well as cross-border legal operations.
