Vice President - Fund Analytics

<p>Bridge Fund Financial Services is seeking a Vice President of Fund Analytics to play a critical role in shaping and delivering analytical insights across our private equity platform. This individual will own fund-level analytics, performance measurement, and reporting, partnering closely with Investment, Finance, Investor Relations, and senior leadership to support decision-making, fund management, and investor communications. The role blends deep analytical rigor with strong business judgment, requiring the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for internal and external stakeholders.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead fund-level performance analytics across investment vehicles, including ownership of IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and attribution analysis</li> <li>Analyze historical and projected fund performance to inform investment strategy and capital allocation decisions</li> <li>Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX)</li> <li>Support quarterly reporting, investor presentations, fundraising, and due diligence in partnership with Investor Relations</li> <li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of analytics across internal and external materials</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment, Finance, Fund Accounting, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity and alignment</li> <li>Support valuation, forecasting, and fund-level planning processes</li> <li>Enhance and scale analytics frameworks, reporting infrastructure, and data workflows across systems</li> <li>Leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency, transparency, and analytical depth</li> <li>Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing across the firm</li> </ul> <h2>What you should bring</h2> <ul> <li>6–10 years of experience in private equity, asset management, alternatives, investment analytics, fund operations, or related financial roles</li> <li>Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, performance metrics, and cash flow dynamics</li> <li>Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; exceptional Excel proficiency required</li> <li>Experience working with fund data, portfolio reporting, and performance analytics</li> <li>Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, eFront, Geneva, or similar platforms) preferred</li> <li>Ability to synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise narratives for senior stakeholders</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA a plus</li> </ul> <p>Source: <a href="https://bridgeigp.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/BIGC/job/Salt-Lake-City-Office-Sandy-Utah/Vice-President---Fund-Analytics_JR104878" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Bridge Investme...
