About This Role
Blue Owl Capital (NYSE: OWL), one of the world's leading alternative asset managers with over $307 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Vice President for Investment Compliance with a primary focus on the firm's credit secondaries strategy.
Blue Owl invests across three multi-strategy platforms: Credit, Real Assets, and GP Strategic Capital. Anchored by a permanent capital base, the firm provides businesses with private capital solutions and offers institutional and individual investors differentiated alternative investment opportunities.
The Vice President will provide comprehensive compliance coverage and advisory support across Blue Owl's investment strategies. The role requires close collaboration with investment, legal, finance, accounting, operations, technology, and external counsel teams to resolve transaction and conflict-related issues. The VP will also assist with regulatory filings, partner with Internal Audit and Compliance Testing, and help maintain and update procedure documents for areas of ownership.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to escalation and guidance are essential. The role requires the ability to commute to Short Hills, NJ.
