Senior Vice President, Capital Raising & Deal Structuring

Blayze Group, a Dallas-based executive search firm, is conducting a search for a Senior Vice President of Capital Raising & Deal Structuring on behalf of a confidential client — an entrepreneurial, institutional-quality real estate investment and development firm in Dallas, TX.

This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished capital raiser with an established track record of securing equity commitments from institutional investors, family offices, and joint venture partners. The firm operates across multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use development strategies, and is seeking an SVP who can meaningfully broaden its capital relationships and support the firm growth pipeline.

The SVP will lead all capital raising efforts targeting institutional investors, family offices, and strategic JV partners; leverage existing relationships to deliver capital commitments ($100M+ raise track record required); structure joint ventures, equity partnerships, and capital stacks across diverse real estate projects; and partner closely with the acquisitions and development teams to align capital structures with project needs. The role also carries a senior leadership mandate within the firm, influencing strategic growth and capital strategy alongside the CEO.

Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or real estate capital markets, with a proven ability to close institutional and family office capital commitments. An established network of active real estate investors — whether institutional LPs, family offices, or JV partners — is essential. Experience structuring complex equity and debt capital stacks in real estate development or value-add strategies is strongly preferred. Preference for local Dallas, TX talent.
