Operating Executive, Principal

Blackstone, the world largest alternative asset manager with over $1.1 trillion in assets under management, is seeking an Operating Executive at the Principal level in New York. The role involves leveraging Blackstone flexible capital platform to help portfolio companies solve complex operational and strategic challenges across private equity, real estate, infrastructure, life sciences, growth equity, and other investment strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise and the ability to drive value creation across a diverse portfolio. Compensation includes a base salary of $200,000-$300,000 plus discretionary bonuses, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
