Job Description: The BXCI Finance Transformation Assistant Vice President will support BXCI Finance and Finance leadership in the execution of finance technology and process improvement initiatives. The role is execution-focused and involves close partnership with senior transformation leads, finance stakeholders, and Blackstone Technology & Innovation (BXTI) to help translate business needs into well-defined projects and support delivery through implementation. The role will report through the CFO office for BXCI, but work across with BXCI Finance, BXCI Operations and Blackstone Technology and Innovation (BXTI). Responsibilities will include: Support BXCI Finance and senior transformation leaders in executing finance technology and process improvement initiatives across systems, data, and reporting Assist in translating business ideas into well-defined project charters, business requirements documents (BRDs), and supporting materials Document current-state finance and operations processes through workflows, process maps, and deliverable inventories Partner with Blackstone Technology & Innovation (BXTI) and internal stakeholders to help evaluate, document, and implement appropriate technology solutions Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple initiatives, escalating issues as appropriate Support analysis of project impacts, including inputs to budget considerations and return-on-investment discussions Contribute to the develop...
