Business Unit Overview: Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) manages $96 billion across a diversified set of businesses. BXMA’s Total Portfolio Management business manages total portfolios on behalf of select clients (families and institutions). Job Description: The Chief of Staff will sit on the Total Portfolio Management team within BXMA and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Global Head of Total Portfolio Management, providing high-level support across investment strategy, client strategy, and organizational strategy. This role will be central to driving execution of TPM's strategic priorities and enhancing the effectiveness of the team. The Chief of Staff coordinates cross-functional initiatives, manages critical workflows, and acts as a key liaison between the Global Head of TPM and internal/external stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong investment and market acumen, and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights. A successful candidate can operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of independence in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities for this role include: Executive Support: Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Business by managing priorities, preparing the Global Head of TPM for all engagements, driving follow-through, and ensuring the Head of TPM is focused on the highest-impact decisions and outcomes. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple teams and business lines.
