As EIR, you will play a pivotal role supporting early-stage companies by providing hands-on leadership and strategic guidance:

- Serve as lead advisor and partner to early-stage portfolio companies

- Provide expertise in finance & investment readiness, sales, marketing, strategy, and operations

- Mentor portfolio companies and contribute to the 10-week Ben Franklin TechCelerator

- Guide entrepreneurs in customer discovery, business model development, and investor readiness

- Assess leadership teams, identify growth opportunities and risks, build action plans

Requirements:

- Senior executive or entrepreneur with startup/venture capital experience

- Experience in finance, investment readiness, and portfolio company support

- Based in Pennsylvania (University Park, Harrisburg, Erie, Johnstown, or Lancaster offices)

- Annual contract position with renewal based on performance
