Counterpart Ventures is a San Francisco-based venture fund focused on B2B AI startups at Seed through Series B stages. The firm manages a $132M Fund III with investment checks between $1-5M and operates the Counter Club, a network of approximately 800 corporate venture capital members worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate proprietary investment deal flow through thematic sector coverage

- Manage pipeline infrastructure using Affinity and Salesforce

- Support due diligence processes and create investment memos

- Identify emerging trends in B2B AI

- Participate in board meetings and assist portfolio companies with hiring, sales, and strategic partnerships

- Measure ROI drivers related to customer introductions and CVC ecosystem partnerships

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years in investment banking or venture capital preferred

- Strong quantitative analysis capabilities

- Founder networks and deal sourcing abilities

- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
