Redesign Health is launching an AI Venture Buyout fund — a next-generation private equity platform that acquires control positions in healthcare companies and uses AI to transform how they operate and grow. The Associate will play a central role in evaluating and executing healthcare buyout transactions.

Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate healthcare buyout opportunities; conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation analysis; support deal execution from LOI through closing; collaborate with portfolio company management teams on value creation; work closely with AI/technology teams on operational transformation initiatives; prepare investment memos and present to the investment committee.

The role offers direct exposure to a pioneering strategy at the intersection of private equity, venture capital, and applied AI in healthcare. Redesign is based in New York with offices in Bengaluru, Los Angeles, and Riyadh.
