Family Office Director

The Family Office of a high-net-worth family in Bozeman, Montana is seeking a Family Office Director to serve as the central hub for overseeing the financial, legal, tax, and administrative affairs of the family's multiple business ventures and family trusts.

The Family Office Director will assist with oversight of financial matters across personal, business, and Trust entities. Key responsibilities include providing accounting and tax services, preparing business and personal financial statements, managing quarterly tax estimates, serving as the primary contact for legal and tax advisors, coordinating tax strategies, reviewing strategic investments, assisting with long-term wealth planning, and maintaining estate plans, Trusts, and family legacy structures.

The Director will also coordinate with attorneys for estate planning and Trust management, ensure tax efficiency and regulatory compliance, and administer family office operations. The role serves as a trusted financial partner collaborating with attorneys, CPAs, bankers, investment advisors, and insurance professionals to coordinate Trust administration, maximize financial performance, and preserve intergenerational wealth.
