Chief Financial Officer - Family Office (CT)

Atlas Search is partnering with a sophisticated private family office in Greenwich, CT seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward to the Principal. This is a rare opportunity for a senior finance leader with deep family office, private wealth, or complex multi-entity experience.

The CFO will lead all aspects of financial strategy including wealth preservation and long-term financial planning, cash flow/budgeting/forecasting across multiple entities, investment oversight and external manager relationships, tax strategy, estate planning and wealth transfer, and financial reporting/governance/risk management. The role also oversees real estate, lifestyle and luxury assets, strategic partnership with philanthropic initiatives, and leadership of the finance function and external advisors.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience within a family office or private wealth platform, with strong expertise in tax structuring, estate planning, and complex asset management. The role is based in Greenwich, CT with 3-4 days per week in office.

Compensation: $450k-$500k total compensation.
