Private Equity Analyst / Associate

Athos Partners is an independent placement advisory firm dedicated to assisting leading mid-market private equity fund managers with their fundraising strategies. As a placement agent, the firm supports clients throughout the fundraising process, from defining the fundraising strategy and objectives to the final closing of the fund. The Analyst/Associate will work on fundraising advisory engagements for top-tier PE fund managers, conducting market analysis and investor research, preparing investor materials, managing LP outreach processes, and supporting senior team members throughout fund closes. The role offers a truly international work environment focusing on both Europe and the U.S., with exposure to leading mid-market private equity managers and their LPs. Candidates should have 1.5-3 years of prior full-time experience in private equity, investment banking, or top-tier consultancy, strong academic credentials, excellent analytical and numerical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and fluency in English. An additional European language is a plus.
