M&A Manager – Buy & Build Strategy (Warburg Pincus Backed)

Arsipa GmbH is a Germany and Austria-wide corporate group in occupational safety, occupational medicine, and environmental protection, backed by international private equity firm Warburg Pincus. With over 25 subsidiaries and 850 employees across 70+ locations, Arsipa is executing a Buy & Build strategy to become the leading provider in Germany and Austria by 2028.

Role Overview:

As M&A Manager, you will support the M&A team and independently manage transactions on the buy-side from initial sourcing through to post-merger integration. The role is based at Arsipa's headquarters in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic and operational responsibility for all corporate acquisitions in close collaboration with the M&A team, Head of M&A, and management (CEO and CFO)

- Identify and proactively approach potential acquisition targets, particularly in the Health & Safety sector

- Perform company valuations, develop transaction structures, prepare and negotiate offers and contract documents

- Independently manage buy-side transactions including coordination of all stakeholders, external advisors, due diligence workstreams, and purchase contract negotiations

- Post-merger integration oversight

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Relevant experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development

- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

- Experience in transaction documentation and purchase agreement negotiations

- Excellent German and English language skills

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
