Business Management CFO, Equity Platform

Apollo Global Management is a high-growth, global alternative asset manager with approximately $938 billion of assets under management as of December 31, 2025. Apollo's Equity platform spans Private Equity, Real Estate Equity, and Secondaries.

The Business Management CFO for Apollo's Equity platform plays a key, hands-on leadership role in all financial and operational aspects of the Equity franchise. This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility across Apollo's investment and management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the senior financial and operational leader for Apollo's Equity platform (Private Equity, Real Estate Equity, Secondaries)

- Partner with Equity platform leadership to provide financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights

- Lead budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation across the Equity franchise

- Oversee management reporting and performance metrics for portfolio companies and fund strategies

- Work closely with fund finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations teams

- Support strategic initiatives including new fund launches, co-investments, and platform expansion

- Manage a team of finance and business management professionals

Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within alternative asset management

- Deep understanding of private equity fund structures, fee economics, and portfolio company financials

- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience presenting to senior management

- MBA or CPA preferred

- Prior experience at a major alternative asset manager, investment bank, or PE firm
