Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate

Ambler Brook, a Boston-based private equity firm, is seeking a lateral Associate or Senior Associate with 2–4 years of private equity experience to join its investment team.

The role sits at the heart of the firms deal origination and portfolio management efforts. Responsibilities include leading financial modeling and analytical work to support internal due diligence, developing investment theses, facilitating third-party diligence processes, and managing portfolio company relationships with a focus on growth initiatives and add-on acquisitions.

Qualified candidates will bring strong financial modeling skills, experience in founder and management team outreach, and intellectual curiosity about investment strategies and business models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Ambler Brook focuses on lower-middle-market buyouts and growth equity investments. The firm works closely with management teams and founders to build and scale businesses through operational improvements and strategic M&A.
