Portfolio Manager, Private Equity & Venture Capital

AIA Investment Management (AIAIM) is hiring a Portfolio Manager for its Private Equity & Venture Capital program in Singapore. The role involves sourcing, due diligence, and investment recommendation across fund investments and co-investments for AIA's PE/VC portfolios.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and originating new fund investments, performing in-depth due diligence on fund opportunities — assessing the manager's competitive advantages, value proposition, core strategy differentiation, team resources, and track record — and recommending allocation to AIA portfolios. For co-investments, the role involves assessing individual target companies including competitive landscape, valuation, management team, financial models, and value-add strategies.

The Portfolio Manager will be accountable for portfolio management and monitoring of all assigned investments, represent AIA on Advisory Committee meetings of portfolio funds, monitor existing investments' performance, and make recommendations on investment decisions to preserve and enhance value.
