Senior Analyst or Associate, Credit Investing

The Credit platform manages over billion of net asset value across 250+ investments and has originated over 0 billion in transactions since 2013, spanning first mortgages, bridge loans, construction financing, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity.

This Senior Analyst or Associate role is a core member of the Credit Investing team, responsible for origination, underwriting, execution, and asset management of commercial real estate debt and preferred equity investments. Responsibilities include: evaluating and underwriting new CRE credit opportunities across first mortgage loans, bridge financing, construction, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity; performing holistic credit analysis of properties, business plans, sponsors, and capital structures; developing detailed financial models and sensitivity analyses; preparing investment memoranda for the IC; coordinating due diligence processes including appraisals, environmental and engineering reports; and managing ongoing portfolio assets.

The role offers broad exposure across the Credit platform with direct interaction with senior leadership, sponsors, and intermediaries. Based in Dallas, TX.
